If you like horrible service, give it a try!
I'm not expecting a first class dining atmostphere here, but the folks at ESPN Zone could learn a lot about customer service. If you're not fighting for one of the ten bar seats (and by the way, hungry persons waiting for a table are not permitted to order an appetizor unless you are "sitting" at the bar), then you are being yelled at by the rude staff to take your over priced beer bottle or glass back to the bar, instead of them taking it for you, and thanking you for spending twice as much as you should! Once you sit down, the staff refuses to turn the channel of the tv so you can at least enjoy your long awaited game, while dining on undercooked chicken and cold potatoes. Hope you don't like drink refills, because this is a foreign concept! Instead of making you feel welcome, ESPN Zone makes you feel like you never want to enter the doors again...I know i won't!    [15 Nov 2003 12:42:45]
