Great Lunch at the Mercury Grill
Just had lunch at this quiet little restaurant in DC, just off DuPont Circle. Very pleased with the food and service. Lunch was quiet, but the food and service was excellent. [28 Dec 2003 12:26:34]

Awful service
The combination of a rude host and slow waitress could not be more awful than in this place. We had to ask for everything 2-3 times. Then at the end they decided that because we had a party of six to add automatic 20% gratuity. When we challenged that, they cursed us out... I am serious. the little bar downstairs is the best place to enjoy a great glass of wine and some good food suggestions by the always happy bartender. if you can stand the smoke, and the daily grumblings of floriana,its the place to go. [31 Oct 2006 11:08:29]
