HORRIBLE
Our office ordered a birthday cake from Furin's. A 9" cake was $30. Delivery charge was $10. All they had to do was write "Happy Birthday Danielle" in icing on the top. It arrived with incredibly sloppy writing in messy, brown icing; the WRONG name; 1.5 hours late. The delivery guy went to NW even though the order form clearly said SW. Then he blatantly hit on the staff member who had waited for him at our building's entrance. We called to complain and the manager refused to apologize or make any kind of goodwill gesture - we could hear him yelling his answers to the person who answered our phone call in the background.
