Chef Greggory Hill spent five years at DC's New Heights restaurant before opening Gabriel in 1994. He continues to serve up a blend of Latin cuisines he calls "fiesta food."

Gabriel has two seatings for Sunday brunch: 11 - 11:30AM and 1 - 1:30PM.
