Chef Roberto Donna has brought the taste of his native Piedmont to Washington with Galileo. The restaurant prides itself on the high quality, fresh ingredients that go into its dishes. One of the house specialties is the risotto selection of the night.

For a special experience unlike any other, reserve a table in Laboratorio del Galileo, Roberto's private tasting kitchen. Seating up to thirty at seven tables, the Laboratorio offers a ten to twelve course meal prepared by Chef Donna.. As one diner commented, "The food was out of this world and there is nobody in town that cooks like him."
