Pleased in DC
On a recent daytrip to DC, my family met, for what we wanted to be a relaxing dinner, to catch up with relatives from out of town. First we went to Phillips, home of the famous seafood buffet. Finding that place too noisy and stressed out, we walked next door to H2O and WOW! What a Great choice. From the minute we walked in, we were greeted by friendly faces, and a beautiful atmosphere, perfect for a special evening. The dining room was large yet the tables were intimate. The menu offered a nice variety, filet mignon, fresh fish and salads. All of the people in our party were completely statisfied with their choices. All the way to dessert. Service was not very quick, but we were there to visit, so we did not feel rushed at the same time. If you prefer a cattlefeed seafood value, stay at Phillips, but if you prefer a elegant evening where food and friends are the highlight try this beautiful restaurant.
