Wine Spectator Award?
One would think that a restaurant with a Wine Spectator award for its wine list would know have some rudimentary knowledge of wine service. All the red wine is baked -- served at least 10 dedgree too warm -- and precludes having a civilized meal. I suppose the good news is that talented chef Jose Andres has an unlimited supply of red wine reduction sauce.    [27 Jul 2004 13:54:07]
