Upscale bistro cuisine. The ambiance changes with the time of day: breakfast is completely political; lunch is lawyerly and lobbying; dinner is for serious foodies.

The menu changes daily; house specialties are sauteed calf’s liver with fricasseed apples, grilled filet of rockfish garnished with a miniature nicoise pissaladiere, house-smoked trout and terrine of foie gras.

La Colline has great view of the Capitol, quiet window banquettes and an upper level dining room.
