Went for lunch in 2003. The person at the front didn't speak english. Our server didn't speak English. When asked about certain dishes, she would only repeat what we asked (i.e., What's the fish and pasta, she'd say pasta and fish). The food was interesting but hardly the inventive dishees it proports. And a bit on the expensive side. The dining room is lovely, so the setting is nice, but with unimpressive food and confused waitstaff, it's not really worth the time or money. If I were footing the bill, I would have called the manager, but since I was not paying the tab, I bit my lip and kept my mouth shut.    [05 May 2005 12:30:34]
