Nectar strives to be a neighborhood fine dining venue known for warmth, graciousness and affordability. Nectar offers refined progressive American cuisine and an eclectic wine list (all selections are available by the glass).

Personal wines are welcome; a corkage fee applies.

Guests are asked to keep their parties to six people or less.

Jamison Blankenship is the executive chef. Nectar's Director of Restaurant Services Jarad Slipp earned his certification as Master Italian Chef at the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners in addition to an Associate of Professional Studies degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America.

Nectar is located one block from The Foggy Bottom Metro stop between H and Eye Streets, NW and 24th and 25th Streets, NW.
