Shelly's Back Room offers classic American fare such as steaks and hamburgers and features a variety of appetizers, soups, salads and daily specials.

Known as "A Civilized Cigar Bar and Tavern," Shelly's is distinquished by its wall of private humidors, which are rented by patrons. Shelly's humidor is stocked with more than 100 different cigars.

Shelly's is half a block from the Metro Center Station.

This bar can be summed up in a few words. The following questions sums it up: "How many "cool bar/lounges can you possibly find that close to the center of the federal government?"
