Horrible Service
The view is the only redeeming quality about this restaurant. Our family went while on vacation in DC as a result of Rachel Ray's $40 A Day program. After waiting 45 minutes to be seated, we ended up waiting an additional 20 to be reseated because they attempted to cram us in a 2-person table (there were four of us). Our waiter had no pragmatic skills; he simply walked up to the table and said "Miss" looking at me. I had to ask him if he was taking our order. We had to search out water and drink refills and finally ended up going to the bar ourselves (and we were not the only table who had to do this). We did not recieve any appetizer plates and after waiting 15 minutes after we asked for them, we found those ourselves as well. The food was decent, but highly over-priced for what it was. We wanted to comment to the manager about the poor service, but when we asked the hostess if we could speak with him, we were told they didn't have anyone in charge.
