A little piece of Tuscany in Downtown DC
My husband and I just celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary at Tuscana West and we cannot stop raving about the experience to our friends and family! First, the menu has such a diverse selection that can appease anyone's tastebuds. My husband ordered the filet medallions, which were perfectly cooked and I got the Risotto ai Frutti di Mare (shrimp, sea scallops, baby clams, mussels, fish broth, saffron and tomato sauce), which had the freshest seafood I have ever eaten! The setting was so romantic; it really felt like we were in Tuscany. We were also lucky enough to be there during one of their Italian opera nights, which completed our celebration!!!!
