I Spy a Winner!
This is definitely one of the coolest looking restaurants around The District. I like the small rooms with the various unique decorations in them. The food and service were terrific. Nothing pretentious and very helpful. The food is great and I'm glad to see Frank Morales is still as good as he was at the Oval Room. Quite an experience.    [24 May 2004 13:40:12]
