There was a long wait and the restaurant staff could use some assistance with keeping the place cleaner. When they walk by a messy floor they could pick a few pieces up. I was a waitress for 4 years and this makes the place look cleaner. The food was satisfactory. It is what you expect from a cheaper restaurant that is a chain. [22 Jun 2001 14:24:18]

Keep Driving By
It looked like a nice country-style place to eat. The service, well, I thought they'd forgotten about us and was ready to leave. Food finally came. Though I'm not sure what it was, it didn't look like anything I ordered. Mom never made anything like this - thank goodness! Bob Evans, a great place to work
I have worked for Bob Evans for two years. I am a Server, Cook, and a Food Quality Specialist. I have worked in several of their resturants. Every one with great managment. All of my co-workers are friendly and polite as are the customers. In respone to Kelly, you are probably not giving your customer proper service. If you were your tips would be better. What's The Use For Carry Out?
I called at 4:15pm to get a carry out, who ever answered you couldn't understand, he put me on hold for 5 min. Then a girl answered and I gave her my order, she said 15 min. I was there at 20 min., I had to wait while she seated people behind me because she had to add something to my order. when I finally got it at 4:45, she had my pie on top of my hot dishes and one piece had fell over on its side, so the whipped cream was all over, but she told me she put silverware for 4 in the bag, I ordered 2 dishes!!
