WOW!
I wanted to take my mother to a fancy seafood restaurant for her birthday, but had a hard time finding one in the area. This gem nestled inside the Hilton was a beautiful find in Newark. They're not bark without bite either, as a few restaurants I'd been to before where they look good but don't have the food and service to back it up. On the contrary, our server Luke did a fabulous job making sure we were absolutely delighted with everything through the whole meal and desert...we felt like royalty. You will not find better lobster or steak anywhere! The bread was fresh baked, the garlic spinach was cooked to perfection, and the steak was the best bar-none. The bill was high (for someone who has to watch his budget like me :-) ) but you get what you pay for. My family will never forget the experience. I won't be able to go every week...but I wish I could ^_^. Five out of five, anyone who says less must be out of their mind. Trump card, ace of spades here.    [30 Aug 2007 14:40:01]
