Average & Overpriced
Food:
In general quite pricey for quality & portion. Nothing stands out (except the price), middle of the road pub fare.
Beer:
Quality was average & on the pricey side. Many of the styles shared a metallic after taste that I did not much care for. The beer is different than many micro’s I’ve had in the past, unfortunately not in a good way.
Service:
courteous & prompt, however the kitchen was a little slow.
Ambiance:
Rustic & cozy, probably hard to navigate the dining room during peak season. I found the seating hard & uncomfortable.
Overall:
Average for a micro brewery, beers seemed off balanced, expensive. Next time through, I’ll try out another of the local establishments.    [23 Sep 2006 15:55:30]
