From an Employee: Excellent Barbecue and Desserts
Love the barbecue and the desserts. Homemade Key lime pie and in season, kumquat pie are my favorite desserts, along with the pecan torte. For barbecue, the ribs are the best I have had, and their barbecue sauce is so good I pour it on the garlic bread too.    [31 Mar 2006 19:22:28]

Southern BBQ
I travel the southeast extensively for 8 months a year, each of the last 19 years, and sampling BBQ restaurants is a favorite hobby of mine. While I generally find the best barbecue spots in the Carolinas I have to admit that Slim's is one of my very favorites.
