Description

Established as a Hotel and Restaurant in 1946, Island Hotel is a tradition in Cedar Key. The restaurant serves primarily a seafood menu with traditional Cedar Key recipes. Crab bisque and heart of palm salad are local specialties. Island Hotel Restaurant also offers chicken, fish, beef, and pork. A small bar is adjacent to the restaurant offering a standard bar menu.

Best Stuffed Grouper I Ever Had!
We had an excellent dinner at the Island Hotel Restaurant in December 07. The service was very good, the food was awesome. The stuffed grouper is to die for. We've been coming to Cedar Key for over 10 years and I've tried this restaurant a couple times in the past, it was good, but pricey for the dinner. This visit was definitely worth it.
