Taco City is a Fiesta for your taste buds.
Taco City is the best TexMex restaurant in the world! I ate there from 1992 to 1999 at least once a week and I never drive through Central Florida without stopping in. My personal favorite is the "Macho". It is a large chicken burrito stuffed with shredded chicken breast. Just open it up and check out the high quality ingredients. They offer complimentary nacho chips and sauce (not salsa) if you are ordering food. The sauce is so good they should bottle it. Their soft chicken tacos and hard shell tacos are also favorites. They have combo platters that are almost too much for even the hungriest hombre. The beer is always cold and the service is fast. There is no table service. Place your order at the bar and pick up your food when they call your name. This is a casual relaxed place.......so leave your attitude outside the door. Stop by Taco City and tell Dash and Simon Sam said to get a "Macho". You can thank me later. Enjoy!    [11 Nov 2002 01:08:42]

I Miss Taco City.
I long for Taco City on bad days at work (like today). The food is great and it feels good to be there. I miss it so. I only wish it had margs or wine because I can't tolerate beer. Too girly I guess.    [13 May 2004 22:04:57]

Best Mexican Ever.
I live in Miami now but every time I am visiting anywhere within an hour I drive by for the fire balls. I am a vegetarian but this is the only meat I ever eat. They are small chicken pieces smothered cheese.    [20 Jun 2005 15:41:29]

I love Taco City Hate their PRICES!
I am a longtime customer but how many times a year do they raise prices??? I was there last week had 2 tacos and a coke it cost me NINE dollars and seven cents!!! Come on. I know things are getting more expensive but lets not be silly or greedy... Place needs a good cleaning too, getting beyond having character to a bit disgusting. Great food as always though.    [15 Mar 2006 11:02:36]
