Not Too Great
Went there Friday night, and was very disappointed. First we had to wait 30 minutes, and when we got seated I asked for a vodka and sprite, she brought me the drink and it was sierra mist, not sprite or 7 up. She told they did not have either so got a coke. I had ordered the cowboy rib steak, and it was so tough I could not eat it. I asked for something else, and told her to get me a shrimp platter, and she told me they where out of shrimp. I then ordered a scallop dinner, but by then everybody was done eating, so I had them box it up.
I will give them one more chance. The six people that was with me said, they will not come back. Hope it gets better, because it is a nice place.    [14 Mar 2007 18:03:09]

Horrible food and service
We were there Friday night and had to wait for a long time. We had to ask for dinner ware. I ordered the baby back ribs and they were very low quality. My son ordered the New York Strip steak and it was too tough to eat. The server continued to make excuses and finally convinced the manager to give $3.75 off our ticket (Way to go!) She also said steaks come out tough when they are medium well. I always get my steaks medium well and so does more than half the population. My daughter ordered the soft shell crabs they were little and hard for $17.00. Our salad leaves looked old and dead and actually had brown spots. We wanted to order the smoked fish dip, and they were out. What really pissed me off was that we had coupons and the server maintained that we could use only one per ticket, when the coupon clearly said one per entree. The place was a hot mess, and very unaccommodating. I would never go there again. We are visiting from Miami, Florida and we have encountered great service and great food in Crystal River.    [04 Aug 2007 23:26:08]
