A Grand Meal for a Great Price I work nearby, and have tasted Steve's work several times. Generous portions are always served for a reasonable price. Lunch specials are available noon-2 pm.
The breakfast menu includes eggs, omelettes, pancakes, cereals, or just plain coffee with danish. Prices run between $3 to $8 depending on your morning appetite.
The lunch menu includes both hot and cold selections. Steve's is Famous for serving generous slices of fresh Grecian bread with every meal. A few Seafood dishes are also featured in the Menu. Daily lunch specials average $5, but meals can run over $10 if you want something esoteric.
The dinner menu features more generous portions, and run between $8 to $15 on average. Beer and wine service available. Fresh pork dishes, sirloin steak, fried flounder, and shrimp baskets are favorites for dinner. An excellent Greek salad and Gyro combination dinner is available. Cheesecake and assorted pies are available for dessert.
The restaurant is very crowded during the tourist season, reducing the ambiance of the location [30 Jul 2000 22:28:11]

Real Old Time Diner Food This place still captures the feeling of being in an old fashion greasy spoon.
The breakfast is fast and plentyful. Many good items to choose on the lunch menu. Won't damage the bank account either! [21 Oct 2000 22:58:48]

Good food and good service We generally get to Steve's for the Breakfast menu, although we have come for the evening meals which are equally as good.
Steve's French Toast cannot be compared to anyone else's. Large portions, hot food comes hot and cold food comes cold. The food is consistent, so if you come one week and it's good, you can be sure it will be the next week, too.
Steve is usually on hand to personally supervise the running of everything, and this makes the restaurant operate more efficiently than the types where people just lend their names to it, and sit back to count the money.
It has just been remodeled, and provides a great atmosphere to enjoy great food. [05 Jan 2003 13:58:57]

An incredible value Took my little guys there for dinner on a recent visit. What a find. The menu was massive and the prices incredibly reasonable. Great service, too. Had we stayed in the area longer, we'd have gone back often. [16 May 2005 12:33:35]

FOOD is GREAT-----Sevice is is all that... Yes...they have great/wonderful food --kids menu ....but the severs are not that great....Lunch time is the best time to go..but I would go about 2---ish-leave the noon time rush alone .. and all lunches come with home-made bread and a cup of home-made soup..
