Okay Place to Eat
If you like a salad bar this is the place to go. The best salad bar I've ever seen. The sandwiches are very good and they have straw onions, which are great and have just the right amount of grease! :)

Low Carb Choices
As a recent convert to the Atkins™ religion, I was pleasantly surprised to find some low-carb choices on Ruby Tuesday's menu. You may also choose cauliflower mash instead of mashed potatoes (the taste was amazing!). I found the food well prepared and well seasoned. Service was within acceptable standards.
