Best Burger in Deland

Classic Small Airport Restaurant
The bar has a sizeable outside wooden deck with tables and bench seating. Inside there's a bar & tables, plus a pool table & games in a separate room.

Food is pretty simple with burgers & sandwiches and some other finger foods. The burgers are good, but my favorite is the rare roast beef sandwich.

Service is casual with busy people taking care of you, but they aren't exactly breathing down your neck. They aren't lazy or rude, but don't spend a lot of time checking back with you. Friendly enough though.

There's a lot of different stuff going on at this airport and you never know who will be in the bar, pilots, mechanics, skydivers.    [17 May 2004 16:27:17]
