Excellent Pizza! Best I have had in the states. Sauce was light and crust was wonderful. I would like to purchase some sauce or pizza dough from the company if possible. I am from St. Louis area and don't get to Destin that often but would love to have the stuff to make my own pizza. My mother is Italian from Naples and I know she would have loved it. Best Pizza and Italian Hospitality My family was treated with great respect and love at Ciao Bella's. When the owner found out I was a first timer and a professional chef, they went the extra mile. I often do the same for my customers, but I must say it is rare that I am treated so wonderfully.
The owners take their pizza seriously; and you can taste the love and passion used in the production of quality. [07 Apr 2004 16:48:02]

A Pleasant Surprise Restaurants located in shopping malls are generally disappointing, but when I ate lunch here with my two kids I was pleasantly surprised to have a good meal. The space is small, but decor is attractive and there are some tables outside.
Service was very friendly and prompt, and the food came amazingly fast. Both kids had sandwiches on crusty Italian rolls, which looked and smelled great and they disappeared entirely.
I had a warm spinach salad and that was nicely done, with the spinach wilted and served with balsamic vinegar and melted cheese...just enough to make it a bit more filling and offset the spinach. I would recommend this for a tasty lunch while shopping. [13 Jul 2004 17:57:04]

Terrible Service My two teenage sons and I visited 06/04/08 at 8:30. It took forever for the waitress to bring us a menu. My oldest son ordered Parmesan Chicken. She brought him Chicken Marsala. My younger son ordered Alfredo w/chicken but it didn't have any chicken. My salad had the same brown "gravy" sauce that was on the Marsala. When I questioned her about the the errors, she said nothing but attempted to take the alfredo back to get a chicken breast. I stoppped her and told her just to make sure they were corrected on the bill. She did not return to the table. No bill was brought to the table - We should have just walked out. I went to the back of the restaurant to request the bill. The Marsala error was not corrected. I told her she needed to correct it she told me "he ate chicken Marsala" I told her he ordered Chicken Parmesan; she was NASTY. She is a twenty-ish girl with a heavy accent. But I guess when you go to a restaurant 30 min before they close they won't give you the best service. ZERO Tip! Drive to Niceville to avoid bad service. [06 Jun 2008 19:41:35]
