Rip Off in Destin
Service was loud and obnoxious with waiters swinging by with a viewing of someone else's food before they were served it (in an effort to market the expensive items, not the affordable ones), and presenting the dessert tray to two unrelated tables at the same time while yelling between the tables.
Food was mediocre. My grouper was ok, but my wife's lobster was stringy.
The bill was outrageous. Instead of the $39.95 charge that we expected for the lobster, the bill showed $160! Instead of the ceasar salad replacing the house salad, there was an extra charge.
The Cafe Provence 5 miles east in Santa Rosa Bch (night before) was almost half the cost, and twice as good in food and service.    [04 Jul 2006 20:15:41]

Great Food and Service

Yearly Visit
We are four families that vacation once every year in Destin Florida. We pick one night for the adults to eat out and we always go to Copper Grill! This will be our 5th year and we plan to go back again! We love everything about it. The food is great and we feel so relaxed as we eat, drink and cut up! The service has always been to our liking. Best Service on the Emerald Coast
I have never experienced better service, and the Cowboy Steak and ceasar salad are among the best I have ever tasted.

Poor quality of food and horrible service
Seated at 7:15 and was not served until 9:00. Shrimp was undercooked and steak was overcooked. Served iced tea but 15 minutes to get sweetner. Manager eventually came but avoided us until after we ate. Desert was comp'd but that was undercooked. Couldn't win.
