Needlessly aloof shopping center restaurant has the mistaken opinion that customers are disposable
I have eaten there 4 times. I'm not going to talk about the food, it was adequate. But I think a restaurant should make an attempt to be friendly and eager to please. This restaurant is just the opposite. Every visit we were treated worse than the last. They acted like they were doing me a favor by letting us eat there. ENJOYABLE
WE WENT TO THE UNIVERSITY GRILL FOR THE FIRST TIME AND HAD A PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE. I LOVED THE STYLE OF THE RESTAURANT AND MY HOUSE SALAD HAD EVERYTHING FROM ZUCCHINI TO OLIVES IN IT, ALL FRESH WITH A WONDERFUL RANCH DRESSING. IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I FINISHED A SALAD IN AGES. MY HUSBAND THOROUGHLY ENJOYED HIS CLAM CHOWDER. MY SHRIMP SCAMPI WITH EXTRA GARLIC WAS TO DIE FOR. WHAT IMPRESSED ME MOST WAS EVERYTHING WAS COOKED TO ORDER.
