Cuban and Carribean food done right
The food at Cafe Tropical is yummy.

My favorite dish is:

Biftec Encebollado (Onion Steak): It is. Top round steak seasoned with Caribbean spices slowly cooked in the skillet with olive oil, vinegar, and onions. I always get it served with white rice and no beans. The onions are marinated in vinegar for at leat 24 hours. If you love onions this dish will leave you very satisfied. This stuff is food for the gods. My only problem is I wish the portion of meat were bigger.


I also love the, Churrasco Argentino. It is, skirt steak served with chimichurri sauce on the side. This is really good. The sauce is very fresh and the steak is cooked to perfection.

Most entrees are served with rice and beans, fried plaintains and a portion of salad. Warm bread toasted in olive oil and garlic is also included.

The salad is fresh, crisp and excellent.
