Seafood? I love steamers! Loose-meat hamburgers with great seasoning or the best chicken-fried rice you've ever tasted. A small, order-at-the-counter lunch spot with great fast food and local appeal. [04 Apr 2003 11:59:27]

Great food, lousy ambience I love the stir-fried tempeh, and the black beans and rice are great also. The potato curry dishes are good but very filling.
A friend of mine had his family in town last year, and his mother asked for the recipe for her dish. They gave it to her. Nice.
Sort of a hole in the wall they're in but I go there for the food, not for piano playing and wine tasting. [21 Mar 2004 07:00:32]

Great food, chill atmosphere The food here is nothing short of amazing. By far the best fried rice in town, if not the best i've ever tasted. They have great beer specials too, like $1 Flying Dogs on Fridays.
$5 will get you two meals worth of food easily. By far my favorite lunch spot in town. [31 Jan 2006 21:20:03]

can't be beaten! The place looks a little sketchy, but what they lack in decorations they make up for in taste and quality! absolutely delicious! and huge portions make it worth the money! [25 Jan 2007 17:14:57]

Not very interesting I don't understand what people like about the fried rice here. It was completely bland! The curry wasn't great either. The only kind of spice they have here is hot pepper-based, so the food will either scorch your tongue or have no seasoning at all. [17 Feb 2008 16:40:40]
