Excellent meal and good service

The Worst Service in the United States
Meal served without potato as specified in menu, nor was butter or cheese served to my co-diner. The oil and herbs for appetizer bread was diluted with too much oil. When we tried to get a waiter/waitress to help, there was no response. Finally we had to YELL at the top of our lungs, for 10-12 times before someone (kitchen staff) responded. When the (waitress?) responded, she was belligerent, confrontational and when we wouldn't back down from our dinner frustrations, accused one of us of drinking too much and said she would call 9-1-1! When do you ever go to a supposed "High Level Dining restaurant" to be humiliated and treated less than human?    [01 May 2007 22:00:37]

Upscale dining? Don't think so !
Upscale dining under new ownership.

We know the former chef and he was great but we wanted to give the new owners and chef a try.

The service was terrible. I got my appetizer first and when I was done my husband got his.

The Prime Rib was the worst one I ever ate, 3/4 was just fat and there was no taste to it.

Complained about the prime rib to the waitress but the only response was that it was normal for Angus prime rib??!!
In other words too bad!

This person likes the prime
I have eaten here and had a wonderful meal. The prime rib was great. If you know anything about Angus, you would know that the fat gives the meal the favor and good prime rib has a lot of fat on it.    [02 Jul 2007 17:06:15]
