Rude and Grotesque
While I was dining with a co-worker, I happened to notice one the waitresses was bringing a customer his tea. In the process of doing so, the tea started to slosh. This waitress decided to take a swig to lower the level of tea. She then set the glass on the table.

The customer was not present at the time, so I took it upon myself to let him know. I also asked another waitress if she could swap out the glass for a clean one. Dina, the tea drinker, came over to have a confrontation with me in the middle of the restaurant. The altercation got very heated, and I offered to speak to the manager. She went to him first, and he ignored us. He did not even come apologize for his rude and disrespectful staff; in fact, he looked at us and turned around. I was appalled!

This was the worst experience I have ever had while dining, and not to mention embarrassed from being yelled at by an associate and accused of being a liar. I would like to make a formal written complaint, and think that corporate should review their management and staff more often to ensure a peaceful dining environment. Barnhill Univ. Jacksonville
Visted Barnhill on Univerity Blvd about 5:30 pm. For the roast beef night..no roast beef. Food looked old.. Waitress said its still lunch time..not sure but took it as its lunch leftovers.

Manager called later the next day..they dont always have what the ads say they do due to corperate; but he thanked me for calling then hung up..I guess hes heard it before..rude...    [07 May 2007 06:04:28]
