They Have No Clue What A Bialy Is
This franchise must be from Brooklyn, Brooklyn, Texas. I visited one of their franchises today in Port Saint Lucie, and having been born raised, and retired from my job in Brooklyn I must say they need to change the aforementioned.
The bialy looks like a Roll with seasoning on top. A real bialy, from Brooklyn has the hole on top but doesn't go through to the bottom, and is only about 1/2 inch thick. Theirs' is about 3". Also, the coffee tastes like paint thinner. Other than that, the bagel was okay, nothing to write back to Brooklyn about.    [14 Jan 2007 15:46:23]

Voted best bagels on the treasure coast
I drive from vero beach just to get 2 dozen bagels each week! Brooklyn Bagels has the BEST bagels I have ever tasted...Im not sure why you dont like the bialy. I thought it was pretty good.
