i took my mother aged 83 and children total number 6 all over 40 we arrived at 9 pm "mistake" the waitress only wanted to go home did not write the orders down so we did not get what we ordered the steaks were the only things on the plate warm and had been sliced in half to cook faster we complained and asked to see the manager who sent a message back saying we could have the cokes free we asked to see the manager again to explain the crap service he came out shouting insulted everybody on the table, in serious need of managerial skills threated us with the police i repied that is your choice we had already paid so we explaied all to the police they said sorry there was nothing they could do    [02 May 2007 15:16:08]
