beautiful setting, inedible food
One of the prettiest settings in the county -- an old house built in the 1800s and lovingly renovated, right on the water. So much potential ruined by food that comes close to being some of the worst we've eaten anywhere. Stale fish, burnt rice, conch fritters that taste of clorox -- and a $65 tab for two. Go to see the sights, maybe have a drink, but avoid actually eating anything.    [11 Feb 2001 07:39:44]
