I went to the Station Grill recently with my mother, my aunt and my cousin. I only live a few miles away, I've driven passed this restaurant so often but never stopped in. I couldn't believe my eyes when I entered, what a quaint atmosphere - it was so inviting. The food was scrumptious and now I'm hooked. I have already made reservations to go back soon, there are so many friends and relatives that I want to bring there. The old saying is so true, "you can't judge a book by it's cover"...I never would have thought from looking at the outside of this restaurant that it would be so charming and the food so incredibly delicious.    [06 Jan 2003 09:06:35]

What a place!
I understand that it used to be an old fast food place, but you would never know it from the regal hard wood doors to the excellent faire from apps to desert. It is well worth the visit but make sure you have reservations or you'll eat somewhere else    [20 Mar 2003 15:32:38]

A tough lobster!!! - Do you print bad reviews?
We went on a Wednesday night. My husband does not eat seafood; he went to please me because I love lobster. He ordered Roast Beef. Imagine his dis-appointment when he was told no roast beef on Wednesday nights! His only other choice was salmon -- only Atlantic Salmon, when our preference is wild Alaskan salmon. And for the Atlantic salmon he was charged $23! And, to top everything my lobster was tough. I was NOT able to cut through the tail of the lobster. When I notified the waitress I was told to try the claw to see if it was softer! And further the claw was practically hollow -- a tiny amount of meat in it and I was not even offered another lobster!
