Not impressed
I picked up lunch and the employees were standing around. I had to stand there for a good solid 10 minutes before anyone helped me. I will never return there. On top of that when I got my food it was cold. The corn bread tasted like it had been sitting out for days. It was a rip off and miserable trip.    [03 Mar 2007 13:28:43]

Disappointed
I used to love Boston Market, but on July 8, 2007, our family went there and it was hot! I was told the a/c was being worked on - there were no workman there. The butter in the butter holder had no ice under it (where it is suppose to go) to the point the butter was entirely melted. The girl at the cash register apologized when I pointed it out.

The food was good.

PS - Why would anybody wait 10 minutes to get waited on? Ask for assistance or leave!    [19 Jul 2007 15:42:19]
