Food My Family and I had the opportunity to visit the west store on a busy Sunday afternoon, the food was hot, fresh, and tasty. I believe between the 10 of us we tried it all, but was pleased that they offered a taco pizza, much to our liking they had desserts to finish the taste in sweet sensation ( good cinnamon rolls) The presentation was good. For my personal taste I would like a little more spice to the sauce. I particular admire the fact that there was NOT liquor. Good family atmosphere.
We also visited the store on East side, they weren't quite as organized, the plates weren't cleared as fast. The manager however was very vocal and greeted every one quickly and pleasantly.
Ambiance The restaurant was clean and style was Europeon and enjoyable. I mostly seen seniors and family's at both stores. I didn't notice music at all at the West store and was at an enjoyable level at the East store. I didn't hear any noise from the kitchen except the manager talking with employees to refill.
I would definately visit either store again. The price for quality is very good, compared to competitors. Taste is above average. I have already recommeded both stores to friends and looking for a store in Olathe Kansas where we visit relatives a lot. Restaurants for over 20 years, (7 years ago) And you just don't get it out of your system what to look for and what is a definate NO NO when it comes to guest relationship. You do a good job so far, keep it up. Respectfully, Veronica Neugebauer
