Outstanding!
Just when we were thinking that fine dining is rarer than I like my steaks we find a treasure. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her "Dynamite Halibut" and making a pig of myself as usual I had the 6 oz filet and a 6 oz Australian lobster tail. Both entrees were prepared as ordered, our server Patrick was attentive and helpful making suggestions and explaining all our choices... which were many. We loved the restaurant
I have a complaint however. I made reservations 3/4/04 for 6:00 PM for my dad's birthday. My wife & I took my dad there and you made a special menu Happy Birthday Albert which was very nice. The waiter was nice and came over and wished my dad Happy Birthday and told him he would have a nice Mudd pie as a birthday gift from the Chart house for dessert. Well after we finished dinner and by the way the Blackened Grouper he had and the Yellow Fin Ahi that I had wasn't cooked enough so we sent it back and when it came back it still wasn't cooked enough but we didn't want to complain. I know Dad didn't enjoy his because he only ate a small portion. Anyway after we finished the waiter came over and asked if we wanted any coffee and we said no so he left the check came back took the check and never mentioned the Mudd pie so my Dad didn't get it. I love this place, had a great time!!
I took my fiancee to The Chart House for his birthday... and we had the best time.
I ordered the Snapper Hemingway which was amazing.. our server was Rebecca, she mentioned that she had just started there and she was amazing.. She described and recommended a few dishes which we went with her recommendation... great choice! She took care of us as if we were the only table she had and she would never stop smiling and it was at most sincere.

At the end of our meal, she brought out the all-too-familiar Mud Pie which was outstanding!! If you ever go to The Chart House, you have to ask for Rebecca, she is by far, the only reason which made my fiancee and my dinner so wonderful!    [07 Feb 2007 19:28:41]
