I was surprised that a restaurant of this caliber and price would charge extra (without announcing by either waiter/waitress or menu) that there would be an extra charge for change of potato. Also, no mention of an extra charge for a different sauce on the fish or to let you know there would be an upcharge of a caesar salad. At your prices, you should be able to make some changes.
