HIDDEN TREASURE
I have dined at Two Chefs 3 or 4 times including lunch and dinner and with multiple guests. Every dish I have ever sampled or enjoyed myself has been an exciting treat for the tastebuds. While I have not been recently, I get warm fuzzy feelings just thinking about it. The food is exceptional (my favorites are the salmon and their specialty soufflets which you must order ahead of time since it takes 20 minutes to cook..*chocolate is delicious),the service is personal and efficient and the ambiance is upscale yet warm and cozy. I recently recommended the restaurant to some relatives who were in town for New Year's Eve and conosseiurs of fine food. The "feedback" I received was exactly the same as I recall from all of my experiences. They were grateful to be introduced to such a gem. *They really liked the Escargot appetizer.* I have mixed feelings in writing this review because while Two Chefs certainly deserve the recognition, I like to keep the restaurant as it is...the best kept secret in South Miami!    [08 Jan 2004 13:50:52]
