Bolero is a 70 seat restaurant designed with modernist furniture in the heart of South Beach. The food is a fusion of caribbean, asian and cuban. Offered dishes include Honey glazed salmon with botchoy, Seafood paella, Rack of lamb or Mojo Chicken.

On weekends Bolero offers live cuban music and dancing. The restaurant's food, decor, music and friendly expert staff create a wonderful atmosphere.
