Best Steak in the area Complimentary peanuts are waiting for you at every table and you get to throw the shells on the floor! The waitstaff is very friendly and have always offered great service. I am also always very impressed with the cleanliness of Texas Roadhouse. One of the first things I notice (besides the seat and the table are the window sills. They are always dusted and free of crumbs etc. My husband and I have tried almost everything on the menu. He says they have the best ribs and can be easily eaten with a fork. They are so tender you don't ever need a wet cloth to clean up. I personally love the Dallas Filet. It is absolutely wonderful! Most of the dinners come with 2 side dishes and if you can finish it all you probably will not have room for dessert. [15 Jan 2002 15:01:40]

Love it, Love it We love to go there, but come before 5 p.m. cause it gets busy. Everyone loves it and comes. The hambugers are also terrific. [16 Mar 2007 20:31:22]

Great Steak They must have been out of peanuts the day I was there. Yeah, it was late; about 9PM. They serve until 11PM. The peanuts are the entertainment but I didn't get any. I think the hostess lost her train of thought; she was too busy visiting with the other wait staff. She was still talking to him when we were being seated. That should have been my first clue. I know this is a "texas steak house" and most patrons probably order beer, but I was a bit concerned when the Cabernet I ordered came out as White Zin. When I did get my Cabernet is was like vinegar. It was a good label. I think maybe the bottle was open too long. The steak was great. I like the "home made" sides and salad dressings rather than the pre-made which are many times the only ones available at most chains. When I returned home, I noticed BBQ sauce on my butt. No, I wasn't being slathered up for the grill; I didn't even have the sauce in my dinner. So much for the clean factor. I tip well and this was not an exception. I really enjoy going out for dinner but I doubt if I will return to this establishment. I am new to the area and am still finding my way but I won't mosey over the roadhouse anytime soon.
