No Service
My husband and I went to Sliders October 19th at aproximately 1:20 p.m. and sat at the bar. We wanted a beer and two dozen oysters on the half shell. After sitting at the bar for at least 5 minutes, one of the personnel carried on a converation with a friend at the bar but made no acknowledgement of us. She told her friend that her lunch was on the house and walked off. We continued to sit there as waitresses walked by and waited on other customers. One of the cooks came out of the back kitchen eating and carrying a container of food. Still, no one would acknowledge us. I guess they had all the customers they needed even though the place wasn't even half full. My husband and I finally left because no one waited on us. Even as we left, he stopped to use the restroom and I waited by the hostess station but there was no one to be found.    [19 Oct 2002 17:07:13]

Great Food, Great Service, The Best Staff
I have eaten at Slider's many times. Everytime is great experience. The service is prompt & friendly. The food is out of this world. Always fresh & the presentation is beautiful.

BEST SEAFOOD AT THE BEACH
I am a local who has grown up eating at this place. The seafood is fresh from Mayport and always cooked to perfection. The seafood gumbo is off the chain and if you're in the mood, the tiki scallops are a great appetizer. Sliders will not disappoint you!    [15 Jul 2003 11:04:28]

If You Have'nt Eaten Here you Have'nt Eaten

great little local's place
When I lived in Jax beach my wife and would go to Slider's all the time--we still talk about it. Thursday happy hour on Bud's and raw bar can get crowded, but it is a great deal. Rest of menu is awesome--each fish seemed really fresh and well cooked. For kids, they have a make-your-own pizza and there's lots of energy to keep them entertained. Neptune beach and all its cute little stores is just a walk and free summer entertainment is a bonus. I can't tell you how much we miss this place--always felt like it was our "own" and we try to go back when we can.    [26 Oct 2006 21:31:19]

Real Seafood REAAL GOOD!
