Where customer service comes last
Dined at the Patio once, prime rib. It arrived over cooked with an over abundance of fat. I sent the meal back to the kitchen; however, management would not take it off my bill until I made a scene in front of numerous other customers. When protecting the bottom line comes before customer service, makes me wonder what happens to leftovers.    [23 May 2001 15:23:28]

NSB 12 years Best in Town
I have eaten here over 40 times and have never had anything less then an excellent meal. They have even catered a b'party for 20 at my home and everybody raved.

Not So Clean
I have eaten at the Patio on several occassions. There seems to be an abundance of bugs both in and around the place. My friend and I went to the small ladies room and were horrified by the things running away when we turned on the light. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I refuse to eat there and will not recommend it. I had the stuffed shrimp and noticed it was the same bread we were eating. Do they save the old bread? We complained to the management but recieved no response. The chef refused to talk to us.
