Poor Service
Not a busy time....but took waitress almost 10 minutes to decide she should stop wiping tables and come get our order. Was not told specials - as all other subsequent customers were. Although the item I ordered came with two sides, I was never asked which two I would like and had to stop the waitress on a trip to another table to ask for my sides to be clarified. Waited nearly a half an hour for our food and finally walked out and went to Wendy's.    [08 Jan 2005 09:16:51]

Always Poor Service
I've been going here for years, regardless of the crowd, the service is extremely slow. This particular location seems to cater more to the teenage crowd who like to take up 3 tables at a time and order nothing but water. They do not cater to paying customers. The food is decent, but either under-cooked or over-cooked most of the time. They never seem to get it right.    [21 Jan 2006 21:54:24]

Do not Go for the food
My husband and I were driving through Silver Springs when we saw Bennigans. It had been years. The service was terrible. Our waiter kept trying to push stuffed mushrooms on us, but never brought the silverware.The only people there were drinking, not eating. It was 2 in the afternoon.

We both ordered burgers. They never asked how I wanted mine cooked. When we got them we found out why. They were nothing more then a cheap imitation of Bubba Burgers cooked on a greasy griddle. The food was terrible.    [17 Aug 2007 16:17:17]
