Will not go back
We stopped in for some Mexican...the service was decent but they didn't smile at all and didn't appear very friendly. The chile rellanos I got were greasy and not very flavorful at all. My mother got a burrito and beans and rice and said it was really bad and wouldn't eat it.    [20 Apr 2006 17:26:27]

Good People from an American Soldier!
I have eaten at that restaurant, so many times and have never had bad service, bad food, and there is no such thing as a bad margarita. I found out my mother & her friends were eating lunch, so I called from Kuwait and had them sing happy birthday to my mom. I told them it wasn't her birthday, but it would put a big smile on her face. They didn't even hesitate. That is the first restaurant I will be eating at when I get home.    [27 Apr 2007 13:19:18]

Good food for a good price
I personally like the food at El Toreo. The service is just fine and they are usually fast. We eat there every other Wednesday and they do honor the coupons. It's not the best Mexican I've had, but I would give it 3 stars for a good deal and a decent meal.    [11 Feb 2008 18:07:16]

Won't go back

GOOD FOOD GOOD SERVICE GOOD PRICES
My parents live in Ocala for the last 5 years and I live in NY - I have been wanting to go to Le Toreo since 5 years ago but my dad does not care for Mexican or spicy food. Just finally this last trip with my new fiance back in March 2008 my father finally gave in and all four of us ate a delicious Mexican meal with drinks all for under $40.00 with a neat coupon which we got in the mail.

My dad now likes Mexican and did not realize what he was missing. The food and the service were good but best was the free salsa and chips that they offered which made our margarita's taste even better then great. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for something tasty, clean and inexpensive. Thanks again!

Service sucks
I ordered their Tuesday special, 2 Speedy Gonazles and had them rung up on separate tickets so I could get 2 containers of salsa. I even told the cashier, Ms. Lopez, that is wanted 2 containers of salsa. Don't you know she pulled a slick one on me. I got the 2 containers of salsa, but THEY WERE HALF FULL.
