Located a few miles out of town on Route 27 and 80th Avenue. This new (1999) restaurant has quickly become a great favorite. During HITS it is almost impossible to get a table.

A friend of the owner has a local Angus ranch and prime beef is always available. Funny thing is that over about two dozen filet mignons I've had there only 1 was not grilled perfectly, but immediately corrected!

Between the perfect beef, pecan encrusted grouper, venison which is often on special and the fabulous house spinach salad with poppy seed dressing there isn't much else to say . . . except for the marvelous desserts!    [30 Apr 2001 05:39:54]
