About the management
This is a letter I send to Adobe Gila's in Point Orlando after my last experience there.

February 21,2003

To the Management,
 
    Good food,good music and great atmosphere that is how we felt about what used to be our favorite tex mex spot,until last night. After a few hours of fun and good food the music started, we were enjoying the band up until "HILLARY" show up. I don't know if she is a regular at the restaurant, or if her show is, but I can tell you that if we want it a lap dance  we would go to an adult club. To be honest, we didn't had any problems with how she look as far as I am concern she have a great body and she can enjoy and flirt as much as she can but there is a line, and is not up to her but up to the management to make that clear. It was very upsetting to see how the management not only allowed her to disrupt everyone good time but encourage her through the band that was performing. Is it possible that the manager is so out of touch with the patrons there that could not feel how uncomfortable most people were? By the time we left, at least 4 other tables emptied because obviously this was not what we went there for. She started "dancing" like if she was going to get paid; adding to that, the band that was supposed to get paid to entertain us was completely out of line by becoming part of her act, ignoring everybody else, and making very distasteful remarks. It was very interesting how in a matter of minutes after she arrive the atmosphere change completely not only because of her but also the crowed that came looking for her. All of the sudden my girlfriend decided as so many others that it was time to go and spend our money somewhere else.
How sad to think that a place like yours would lower your standards like that. I have to wonder if it was a man showing off like that what the management would have done? I'm pretty sure that a drunk or a junky that make the patrons feel uncomfortable would be out the door in a second, that's why most restaurants reserve their right to kick you out! By the time we left she was repeatedly "flashing" everyone showing her bare breasts for free; I just hope this was an isolated incident because if you consider what happened yesterday a great marketing strategy, someone there have to reconsider their career choice. And again if you ask me about Adobe Gila's I say great food, good music, lousy management!
