The Worst Service ever!
January 18, lunch time, my husband and I walked in for the first time to LuLu's Bait Shack. The menu seemed what we were looking for. We walked in and got a table. The restaurant was almost empty so before our movie started, we thought we could have lunch without any time problem; we were wrong.

We sat for 10 minutes before we decided to flag a staff member down and take our order. After that, we waited for another 20 minutes before we called another staff member over to our table and asked for the manager. The man who came up to us and said he was the manager had oily long dirty hair, half was out and the other half was in some kind of ponytail; these should have been a clue but instead we told him our wait time. He told us that there is nothing he could do about that, they were backed up, he also said he didn't know how long it would be before our lunch order was up. I will never, ever step foot in that restaurant again.

If the manager can run a business like that, I would warn you to think twice before dining. I'm calling the health department on that resturant Monday.

A great experience
While attending a conference we reserved a back room for 50 and were treated to a wonderful experience. The food was served buffet style and was all excellent, especially the ribs. The service was adequate--they looked after us but didn't check in too often. I rarely go back for seconds, but Lulu's was worth it!    [03 Jul 2004 18:40:29]
