Unacceptable food quality
For the second time in as many visits, our takeout order has been less than spectacular.
Problems with quality plagued our last visit to this restaurant (Waterford Lakes). Items were missing from the order (which can be annoying), and my wife experienced an allergic reaction (typically caused by MSG or pet dander). Of course we advised management of a possible problem.
We attempted another takeout order tonight (same order - Chef's Salad and Seafood Salad) with very dissapointing results.
The Chef's Salad had no dressing and was warm. The Seafood salad was also warm. Both orders were much smaller (easily 1/3 less food) compared with our last order. Many of the vegetables in both were wilted and did not appear anywhere near fresh.

Both orders were quickly thrown away.

It is very difficult to find quality food, which is unbelievable considering some of the prices that restaurants charge. We will not recommend this restaurant to anyone interested, and we will look elsewhere in the future - there are many other choices in this area    [09 Jan 2003 18:42:41]

best place in central fl for food and drinks
food/service is outstanding!!!I would recommend this place to anyone if there is a problem just let them know and i am confidant in saying that they will accomidate.I have live in central fl for 3 years now and it still is my favorite occasional outing    [07 Jan 2007 21:57:18]
